I wanted to draw a funny character based on her look.
some days before I saw on TV a report about those toads called Bufo marinus, many ppl use this toads as intoxicant, while they lick on the toads back. red haired kim + my addiction for ice cream + toxic toad = painting idea.
as always I did a sketch, scanned the sketch and started to paint in photoshop. at first I filled the skin with the basic color and added shadows and lights. the same I did with toad and clothes. in the end I added a rough background to get the fine weather mood.
